Read article--The Crossroads of History: The Struggle against Jihad and Supremacist Ideologies

"....The true challenge of Islamic supremacism to America and the free world is not about Islam, Islamism, or terrorism, but about us.

It is a historic challenge to determine whether we truly have the courage of our convictions on equality and liberty and we are willing to fight for these ideals, or if we will instead accept the continuing growth of anti-freedom ideologies here and around the world...."

1. How can I take one of your courses? What are the course dates? Can you send me your course schedule?
CI Centre courses are only held when an organization sponsors a private course running for their own employees. We do not have courses open to the general public and you cannot attend another client's private course running so we do not make course dates/schedules available (but we do have a course catalog).
  • So how can you attend one of our courses? Let us know the name and phone number of your manager, training officer or decision-maker point of contact and we'll contact them with information on how your organization can sponsor the course you're interested in so you can attend. We'll do all the work for you so you can attend our courses with the added plus of your coworkers benefitting from our training. A secure organization well-trained in counterintelligence, security and counterterrorism topics: priceless!

  • What are the most important courses to take? Although every one of our CI, CT and Security training courses are useful and important, to really understand counterintelligence, take 501 An Overview of Critical Counterintelligence Issues and to really understand counterterrorism, take 361 The War on Terrorism: Roots of the Conflict and Counterintelligence Response. These courses will give you a solid foundation, way above the knowledge of everyone else, on CI and CT.

2. What is the cost of the courses?
We are competitively priced and a great value at only $348 per person per day for corporate; $310 per person per day for government; $299 per person per day for already government negotiated lowest price via the GSA Schedule rate. These are based on a course minimum of 25 people. IMPORTANT NOTE: These prices will change on 1 October 2008. Lock in the above course prices NOW by purchasing courses BEFORE 1 October (courses can be held at any date).************
  • Our courses will be contracted with your organization at firm-fixed prices (NO time & material) meaning no cost overruns for you. We continually update and enhance our courses on our own time and money, not yours, because we own and deliver our courses and want to make them the most relevant and timely for you. Our pricing model where you don't have to pay for cost overruns and development means our prices are lower than the national average--more savings to you!

  • Our course prices are based on a course running with a minimum of 25 people. Your organization can have less people in the course, but the cost is still the cost of a course of 25 people.

  • There is a special, slightly higher rate if you have a minimum of 12 people--please contact us for further details. Consider joining forces with other offices or organizations to buy a course together (great networking and bonding opportunity).

  • For those buying a series of courses for multi-year contracts, we offer volume discounts.

  • D*I*C*E 100 and 561 have special prices and are not on the GSA Schedule; please call.

  • Corporate and non-GSA government rates outside the continental United States vary by location and course. Please contact us.

3. Where are your courses held? Where are you located?
The CI Centre is located in Alexandria, VA (just outside Washington, DC). Our courses are held in our fully-equipped training facility there or at your location anywhere in the US or the world. Additional travel expenses apply for courses held outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

4. Can one of your CI Centre professors come and speak to my group? What is the cost?
Yes! Our instructors are available to come and speak to your group of any size as part of our Intelligence Speakers Bureau. The 2007 cost of a speaking engagement (up to 2 hours max) per professo
r for a speech in the local Washington, DC-Baltimore metropolitan area is $5700; all other locations or speakers not located in the Washington, DC area: please call for price. [Normal fees at speaker bureau companies range from $5,000 to over $25,000]

5. What is the cost of a D*I*C*E briefing by Ray Semko?
A 2+ hour dynamic, multimedia D*I*C*E briefing for any size audience is currently $4,000 to $4,500 depending on the location (in the continental US (CONUS); call for prices outside CONUS). If you have an audience of 100 people, that's only $40-$45 per person. The price includes travel expenses within the US. [Normal fees at speaker bureau companies range from $5,000 to over $25,000, so D*I*C*E is an incredible bargain!]

6. Will Ray Semko make a new D*I*C*E video?
No. The videos Ray made in the government were heavily edited down (from the original 2+ hours down to 45 minutes) and do not reflect his real briefing. Much of his important messages were cut and lost. Videos cannot capture the charged, exciting atmosphere of having Ray give his briefing live in person. He also tailors each briefing for his specific audience, something videos cannot do. The low price of a dynamic D*I*C*E briefing is so cost-effective for energizing your organization, that you don't want to give security a bad reputation by forcing people to watch a long video. It's the difference between being at a concert of your favorite rock star or watching him/her on TV. You'll always remember the live concert.

7. What are your class size minimums?
Class sizes (not D*I*C*E) are minimum 25 attendees (see above for cost per person per day). Our classrooms in Alexandria, VA hold 25 to 30 people max. If we give the course at your location, the size depends upon the room, and it is still a per person per day cost. We have special rates for class sizes with a minimum of 12 attendees; please contact us.

8. How can I get my organization to sponsor or fund a course?
For individuals who wish to attend our courses, let us know a name and phone number of someone who can approve and/or purchase training, such as your Manager, Human Resources, Training, Legal and/or Security departments. We will contact them with information on how they can sponsor a course running for the employees of your organization--including you! Or, you can give them how to create a training program, the course descriptions or the course catalog along with our Why Outsource Training and attendee feedback. Contact us for additional ideas.

9. Are your courses available online?
No. Our courses are multimedia-rich, given by highly-experienced intelligence officers and we constantly update the presentations so they are not conducive to the online format. If you are interested in taking an online course, see the online accredited Henley-Putnam University which is focused on intelligence, counterterrorism and protection and offers bachelor and master degrees.

10. How can I get a hard copy of the CI Centre Catalog?
Please call Kristina Scholze directly at 703-642-7453 to request a free copy of our printed catalog. It's a 52-page, full-color booklet with all our course descriptions and other information. You can also download the catalog [.pdf].

11. What is the classification of your courses?
All CI Centre courses are developed and taught at the unclassified level to enable you to become an advocate of counterintelligence and be able to talk to others about how important it is. Research for this course was done through open sources such as books, articles, videos, internet, etc synthesized with the insight and vast experience of our knowledgeable professors who are experts in the intelligence field. We are able to go to the classified level for cleared audiences if you have a specific need or requirement.

12. Who can attend your courses?
Our courses are mostly for federal, state, local government and military employees, government contractors, business personnel, executives, and other organizations. D*I*C*E briefings are for everyone.

13. Can non-US citizens attend your courses?
If your sponsoring organization is a US-owned company, you may attend as an employee of that company.

14. Can non-US organizations buy your courses?
On case-by-case basis. Please have your organization contact us.

15. How can I buy tickets for SpyDrive®?
SpyDrive® is only available through private group reservations. The price includes the cost of renting a tour bus that fits up to 50 people. Sorry, because these are private tours scheduled by organizations, we can't accommodate individuals wishing to take the tour. If you read about SpyDrive in a newspaper, magazine, TV show or on the web, many years ago we did public SpyDrive tours, but now we only conduct them when a private group requests one. If you would like to schedule a SpyDrive® for your group, please contact us.

16. Is the CI Centre part of the US government?

17. Is the CI Centre a think-tank?

18. Are CI Centre professors available for media interviews?

21. How can I get a job with the CI Centre? Can I send you my resume?
You can email your resume to "jobs at cicentre dot com".

22. Can you help me with my school/college report?
Because we're a business, we aren't able to do this, but you are more than welcome to search our website for material you are looking for.

23. Can you give me materials for a CI, CT or security briefing I'm working on?
Since the CI Centre is a company which provides great training on CI, CT and security and we have dynamic instructors, we would be happy to deliver this briefing to your organization; please contact us to schedule a briefing. You are welcome to search our website for material.

24. How can I obtain CI-TV videos?
CI-TV videos were made for a specific government purpose and we cannot sell them nor provide them to you. If you are a current US government federal employee, send us a note via our Contact Us form and we'll pass on your request to the government contact. We cannot guarantee the government will respond to you. The videos are for internal US government use only.

25. Can you send me security posters?
We have high-quality posters available for sale. We do not have free posters.

26. How can I pursue a degree in intelligence? Can I take your classes?
If you are a student, we suggest Mercyhurst College Institute for Intelligence Studies (http://www.mciis.org/) which have degreed programs or the online accredited Henley-Putnam University which offers bachelor and master degrees focused on intelligence, counterterrorism and protection. CI Centre courses are sponsored by organizations such as the government and private sector companies, so if your organization buys a running of one or more of our courses, you can attend them.

27. I want to work for the FBI, CIA, or another agency in the US Intelligence Community (IC).
US citizens should go to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) website where you will find links to all the agencies of the US Intelligence Community. On each site are job listings. Or go to USA Jobs or IntelligenceCareers.com. If you are a young person who wants to join one of these agencies some day, remember that an extensive background investigation and polygraph will be conducted on you if you apply for a job in the CIA, FBI, NSA, etc. Do not use any illegal drugs, be very responsible with alcohol, don't steal or do anything illegal, keep your finances in good order and do well in school. The DCI Directive 6/4 and the Annex C is what will be used to see if you should be hired by US intelligence agencies. If you are a non-US citizen who wants to work for US intelligence, go to a United States embassy or FBI office.

If you have a tip or lead to report to the FBI, fill out their FBI Tips and Public Leads form.
