BECSA is organizing a
special tour to the USA for those responsible for the protection of information
in their organizations. Counterintelligence practitioners, TSCM specialists,
security professionals and those managing these functions and those who have
information protection responsibilities will benefit tremendously by taking
part in this high impact opportunity.
The tour to the USA is
taking place from 16 – 27 September 2013. During the tour attendees will attend
the annual Espionage Research Institute International’s (ERII) conference in
Washington and the 59th annual ASIS International Seminar and Exhibition in Chicago,
incorporating the (ISC)² congress. Other visits include a personalized group
visit to the International Spy Museum in Washington DC and the attendance of a
private group briefing at the Centre for Counterintelligence and Security
Studies (CI Centre) in Washington DC on the status of business and economic
espionage in the World.
There will also be
opportunities for sightseeing and visits to famous landmarks and places in
Washington and Chicago.
The visit to the USA
has been designed to allow counterintelligence, security and information
security protection professionals the opportunity to listen and to learn from
the leading international experts how they have adapted their strategies,
policies, procedures, work methods and resources to quickly identify,
understand and to locate threats. Security and the protection of information
challenges are the same all over the World.
