Can you modify CI Centre

Yes! We can easily tailor courses for
your organization and take different modules in or out of a course so
that it's the most relevant for your organization's needs.
What are your class size minimums?
Class sizes are minimum 25 attendees. Our
classrooms in Alexandria, VA hold 25 to 30 people max. If we
give the course at your location, the size depends upon the room,
and it is still a per person per day cost. We also have special rates for
class sizes with a minimum of 12 attendees.
What is the length of the
courses? What time do they start and end?
The lengths of CI Centre courses range
from one day to five days. Starting and ending times are the decision of
the organization who buys the course.
How often are you able
to run courses for my organization?
As many times as your organization
needs the courses to be run. For example, if you have 500 employees you
need trained, let us know what course(s), how many times a year you want
to run the course. We can do once a week, once a month, once every other
month or whatever you choose so that your 500 employees can be trained
in the time you specify.

What's the best way to
evaluate a CI Centre course for my organization?
Run one pilot of the course for 25 select people in your
organization and then look at the course feedback. We have an
extensive feedback form for such a purpose or you can create your
own feedback form to collect the information you need to decide if
the course is right for your organization.
Can one of my people attend a course running for another client
so they evaluate it?
No--1) Course runnings are private for clients employees only; 2)
The course is modified to that particular client's organization, not
for your organization; 3) statistically one or two people are not
sufficient to adequately evaluate a course for an entire
organization.
Where are your courses held? Where are
you located?
The CI Centre is located in Alexandria, VA (just outside Washington,
DC). Our courses are held in our fully-equipped
training facility there or at your location anywhere in the US
or the world. Additional travel expenses apply for courses held
outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
